Schwartzenberg completes his supply depot reorganisation

4^th corps has now been supplied

Concentration at Erlangen is now complete

Oudinot orders his four corps to attack Erlangen

Left wing 9^th and 12^th corps attack 1^st and 3^rd Austrian corps

The Badens lose half of their infantry in rout and Outinot orders the remainder to halt and hold

At nightfall the Austrians still hold the farm and inn and have won this part of the battle

 

The Bavarians have lost 500 casualties and four brigades in rout

The Austrians have lost 1200 casualties and three brigades in rout

Right wing 10^th and 11^th corps attack 2^nd and 4^th Austrian corps

10^th Bavarian corps is broken with five of its six brigades in rout

At nightfall the Austrians hold Erlangen and win the battle

The Bavarians have lost 1400 casualties and five brigades in rout

The Austrians have lost 2500 casualties and three brigades in rout
