  1. What a fantastic nail-biter of a conclusion. Bravo! Paul, your blog has made my list of must-reads and I find myself checking for updates daily. The sheer scale and consistent quality and duration of it, that must be some kind of record. Is there a Guinness book of Wargame Records? Anyway. I'm already looking forward to the next campaign. Please keep it coming!

  2. Hi Yuri

Thanks for your comments, and sorry that I have not answered them. I only check new comments on this blog, and somehow your comments went straight to approved. No doubt my fault, I must check the comments set up.

I think I have answered some of your comments when you raised them on my Napoleonic Wargaming blog. But I will answer those I may have missed.

You will be aware by now that the capture of Molina did not count as a French campaign victory. They have to either defeat the Spanish, or fight them to a stand still.

Thank you for your comments about the blog. I had not realised that anyone was following it so carefully. I started a blog about the campaign to provide a full record of each campaign phase, each day and each battle. There have been a series of blogs, but every day of the campaign has been recorded since April 2009!

I don’t know about a wargame record, but it sounds quite sad even to me!

    Thanks again for your comments.

Sorry again about the delay in replying

Please keep following the blog and posting comments either here or on the Napoleonic Wargaming blog

    regards

    Paul
