10 October 1813 – Rosenheim Campaign – Day 8


Having lost the battle of Rosenheim 9th, 11th and 12th corps are forced to retreat west of the river Isar.   They are also forced to abandon the depot at Rosenheim and five days supplies.

The southern depot at Kufstein is not under direct attack, and is ordered to move to Tegensee with their two days supplies

The Austrians advance to the river Isar.   3rd corps enter Rosenheim and secure the five days supplies.   1st and 4th corps secure the bridges over the river.

In the north 2nd corps is ordered to hold Traunreut until the position is clarified.
