25 March 1813 – North Spain - Zamora Campaign

Having lost the Burgos campaign the Anglo-Portuguese army have retreated to Oporto to regroup.
On 24 March they are ordered to move east and take Zamora.  They advance to the line Tabara-Alcanicies-Fermoselle.
The french army have occupied Valladolid, where they rest and regroup.   On 24 March they are ordered to move west and take Zamora.   They advance to the line Villapando-Toro-Villabuena
