Two battles fought.   One at Medina and a second at Palencia.

1^st British corps, supported by 11 guerrilla, attack 3^rd French corps at Medina

14^th French corps march to the sound of the guns, putting British at odds of two to one.   French lose 400 casualties, British lose 1200 casualties, Guerrilla lose 200 casualties.   British retreat to Simancas.   Guerrilla rout to woods in A09.

2^nd and 4^th British attack 6^th French corps at Palencia.   4^th French corps march to their support.   French lose 2500 casualties.   British lose 400 casualties.   French retreat.
